This activity of training develops trust and being familiarize with the team. The members stand one after another in a circular form and very closely not leaving any space between themselves. One of the group members remains in the middle point of the circle with his or her eyes closed and keeping the hands crossed on the chest. At one time he or she would fall not making any movement of his or her feet and hands. The other participants would hold him or her and help him or her to return to the initial position.
